Great service from start to finish with Justin. Can't thank him and his team enough! Buying a car is daunting enough for a woman and from bad experiences in the past, the service was brilliant! Friendly, not pushy informative and helpful. Even after buying the car, the after service was unexpected. Justin went above and beyond to make sure the car was in great condition. He is genuine, caring and honest which is rare. I highly recommend buying from these guys and I will definitely be returning in future to buy again

I brought my first car in 1976 and I have had lot of different buying experiences since then, this last purchase will probably be my last as I’m 74 now, and it was easily the best buying experience I’ve ever had, nothings is to much trouble for these guys I know they are in business to make a living but they really do seem to care about their customers. Justin is a true gentleman a pure gem. As a lady drive I don’t know much about cars I came across a car at JB cars which I liked very much. Justin was very friendly and professional and he told me if I had any issues with the car he was a phone call away I felt reassured and made a deal. After few weeks I had some issues on the car and i called Justin and explained what had happened., I can’t express to you how helpful and kind he was, he came straight down the next day to collect my car and gave me his wife’s car so that I wasn’t without a vehicle. He put me at ease and reassured he was doing his best to fix the problem. I had 100% trust on him as he had kept to his words and kept me updated with what was happening and always returned my calls. Truly a wonderful human being went that extra mile to help me and I will always be grateful.

Buying a car from JB was the best buying experience I have had with any car/motorbike purchase. The process was easy and salesman was very friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy in the slightest. PERFECT & AMAZING! J B car sales are the one to go too! I brought my first Car from them in Sept 2019 (Mini) you can tell their main concern is fully for the customer Upon meeting, a lot of car places do not care they just want to sell it & be done with! Recently we found my radiator was leaking & We was told it had been like it for a while (so before I had brought it) but the bumper had been replaced so J B car sales wouldn’t have known (previous owner who had not stated this) . I rang J B sales up & explained - they rang the warranty people themselves & found out it is not covered . I was so stressed about it but because it wasn’t known when they sold to me they contacted the garage I had to leave it in & have paid for the radiator & another part to be replaced!! They could have just fobbed me off as it’s already sold but didn’t. They are there if you have a query nothing is a trouble. They just completely care about the customer . Wish I could write loads more! YOU’LL SEE!
